- Can't Log Into Your Account? Next to the Sign In tab at the top of each page, please click on Forgot Password, and your password will be emailed to you within minutes. Otherwise, enter your email address and password in the two boxes on the left side of the Sign In tab to access your account.
- Can't Upload Your Resume? Log into your account. FIRST, please make sure your Pop Ups are ENABLED on your computer so that the Resume Manager page can load. Next, copy and paste your resume text in the Resume Text field and/or Upload Your CV/Resume (located at the bottom of the same page) by selecting Browse. If ANY required fields are NOT complete, a Red Dot will appear next to the proper field. Don't forget to select SAVE before exiting!
- Can't Apply for a Job? We update our job feeds in real time. When an employer removes a job posting, or for whatever reason, temporarily removes the posting, you will not be able to apply for that job, and the system will state that the job is expired or closed. Secondly, if you can't access the job posting, 99% of the time, it is because you must first Browse and Upload your resume before selecting the Apply button -OR- ENABLE your Pop Ups on your computer so that the new page can load. Then, wait a few seconds for the new page to appear.
