Job Description:	POSITION: Staff Accountant We are a recognized leader in manufacturing forged steel pipe fittings and valves and have an immediate need for a Staff Accountant in the Mount Union, PA facility. Individual responsibilities include preparing and distributing monthly financial statements, forecast, and yearly business plan. Complete monthly journal entries, prepares daily reports for management, and complete intercompany transactions. Complete monthly and yearly account reconciliations; analyze month end spending, and various prepaid files. Maintain Financial Reports within the financial report writing package. Assist Controller-Finance and Financial Analysis positions. Candidate needs to have the ability to multi-task, communicate clearly, understand priorities, be accurate in verifying abilities, and be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Excel and Word. Ability to work in a team oriented environment is a must. Associates Degree in Accounting or equivalent experience, plus two years experience in general ledger accounting, financial reporting, and account reconciliations.
