This is a part time temporary on-call position with no benefits associated with it.
The work location is primarily Goose Creek South Carolina, travel is required.
Program Manager 4 or 5 as Subject Matter Expert primary focus is on Army Strategic Logistics Activity revenue growth through obtaining add on business and identifying and pursuing new opportunities for contract revenue growth. May be responsible for managing Army Logistics contracts. Serves as the primary high level customer interface to ensure high level problem resolution and customer satisfaction. Ensures contractual and corporate compliance of work performed. May plan, direct and monitor program budget. Ensures quality of services and products. Establishes operating policies that affect subordinate multi-level organizational units. Integrates overall goals and objectives across multiple functions and subsets of the larger program. Interprets, executes and recommends modifications to organizational policies and corporate initiatives. May recruit and hires employees. Other duties as assigned. Basic Qualifications: Level 4 Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Administration or related field and 12 years experience of program related experience or 20 years related experience. Level 5 Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Administration or related field and at least 15 years of program related experience with at least 8 years functional or program management experience, or 23 years of related experience of progressively increasing responsibility. Advanced degree preferred. Specific contract requirements regarding education and experience will prevail. Must be a U. S. Citizen Additional Qualifications: Leadership skills. Experience with leading work teams in a continuous improvement environment with Six Sigma tools, behaviors and practices. Strong project management skills.
