Job Description: 
Working as a Marketing Manager, you will use a wide application of principles, theories, concepts and draws on previous experience to determine a course of action. You will also participate in projects such as the development of marketing plans and forecasts, prepares pricing, competitive evaluations and complete short-term projects.


Additional Responsibilities:


  • Apply company policies and procedures to resolve routine issues


Working as a Marketing Manager-Traffic, you will be responsible for trafficking and managing jobs from inception to completion. Responsibilities include:


  • Manage internal and external partner agency workflow

  • Balance workloads and advocate for appropriate time-lines on creative projects, with the input of traffic and creative leadership

  • Maintain job database and department status sheet

  • Manage, maintain and organize project files, which include all pertinent job information

  • Attend weekly status and team meetings

  • Organize key planning meetings for department initiatives

  • Communicate job status information to all team members

  • Expedite and prioritize rush projects accordingly

Qualifications:


  • 3 years of related traffic/agency experience, ideally in project management or traffic

  • Experience with workflow management systems

  • Proven project management skills

  • Agency partner management skills

  • Cross-functional team leadership experience and ability to manage teams and drive results


Required Qualifications:


  • Strong analytic and fact-based decision-making skills

  • Must be proficient using Microsoft Office products including Word, Power Point, Excel and Outlook

  • Must possess both outstanding written and oral communication skills

  • Must have exceptional organizational and problem solving skills and proven ability to handle multiple tasks

  • Ability to manage multiple hot projects at one time

  • Ability to handle highly sensitive and confidential information

  • Ability to work independently and with a team.


Desired Qualifications:


  • Knowledge of all creative file formats

  • Experience with traffic management systems

  • Large group management experience preferred
