Job Summary Works under the general direction of a mentor(s) in various assignments and locations to develop the full set of technical and management skills necessary to function in leadership positions in financial operations. Included would be assignments in operations, sales, procurement, accounting, and mill fibering necessary to manage the entire financial operations of a facility or sales area. Responsibility Developing and implementing production control activities. Coaching and providing direction to subordinate employees including training, motivation, performance evaluation, and training. Managing the preparation of reports and statistics reflecting operating and financial results Preparing and managing budgets. Supervising and managing people, assets, and situations. Candidates must be willing to travel frequently or be open to temporary relocation during initial training period of 12 to 24 months. After initial training period, candidate must be willing to relocate. Education & Work Experience 1 - 2 years of work experience is preferred. Bachelors degree in accounting or finance is required.
