Job Description The primary role of the Customer Support Technician is to provide remote support to the customer for special tasks. These tasks are operational in nature and are associated with the customer's clinical and financial systems. The technician will work with our other service centers to provide an orderly transition of work from the customer to the ESP team. In addition to performing work for the customer, the technician is responsible for analyzing existing task to identify ways to make existing tasks more efficient. All tasks must be logged and performed in a quality manner to meet the metrics of our customer service level agreements. General Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the task performed for the customer. • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the steps necessary to create, support, maintain and revise the customer tasks. • Develop and maintain an understanding of the customer systems and workflow. Requirements: • Associate’s degree or 1-2 years of vocational technical training preferred. • HS diploma or equivalent required. • Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Applications required. • Healthcare work experience preferred. |
