Overall Purpose: Under general direction, this position provides data mining, reporting and support to technical network programs and initiatives for network data standards and integrity, quality management, process design, methods and procedures and network standards.

Key Roles and Responsibilities: Uses data mining skills with various software and data analysis techniques to isolate data integrity issues in support of network process improvements. Assists in identifying the need for network process improvements. Analyzes, tracks and publishes network performance and administrative process/quality indicators and results by constructing reports geographically illustrative of the process trends and network performance. Daily interactions to acquire and analyze network process measures results. Analyzes data to identify root cause of network problems. Measures network performance against process requirements. Provides analytical support with aligning improvement to performance shortfalls. Assists with developing presentations and training courses including measurement, analysis, improvement and control. Performs analysis to help identify network Methods and Procedures deficiencies that may inhibit effectiveness and network success. Develops forms and reports. Helps with defining network process flows, business rules and user requirements. Supports the network operational performance metrics, process control points and results mgmt. Assists with writing/editing documents such as technical network manuals for procedures, users, programming, service, operational specs and related technical network publications to communicate clearly and effectively. Jobs focused on more admin Business Svcs quality or process design should align to the Business Svcs Quality/MP/Process job keys. Education: BS degree in GIS.

Experience: Two years of prior GIS network related technical experience.
