Job Description: 

Position is contingent upon signed PO with HTSI.


Coordinates property control activities to ensure continual accountability of government/customer owned property as described in Aero Property Plan and prescribed in Federal Acquisition Regulations, Part 45. Create and set up Honeywell Material Masters; create ID labels, take pictures of equipment for record file; affix labels to equipment, manage equipment transfers and accountability. Support contract close-out actions and the management of 200A material.
Interact with DCMA/customers to assist with annual audits and participate in providing site metrics. Maintains property accountability records in SAP and PEMS systems
Obtain updates and integrate SAP system improvements into GP site management.
Support global asset management compliance with Government and Customer contract requirements as ongoing throughout period of performance.
Cross- functional position that plans and supports Physical Inventories, as declared in Annual Inventory Plan, reconcile records, post and report results.

Verify the integrity of SAP and PEMS system records for populated information with actual physical locations, and ensure sales reports are linked to the WBS record to convey appropriate contract information


Performs as entry level with focus on quickly learning SAP and PEMS systems.
Applies wide range of theories, principles, and concepts in field and demonstrates working knowledge of other fields.
Works under general direction with limited guidance and review required.
Integrates a large range of inputs from immediate lead, project requirements, and job-related theories and concepts.
Participates as team member and contributes to complex tasks and projects.
Significant customer interface and influence on project issues.
Decisions affect project outcomes and schedules significantly.

Performs all other duties as assigned.


Basic Qualifications:


High school or equivalent plus 8 years of related experience.
