This position is will directly support the Deer Valley Distribution Center (DVDC) and be part of the America’s Electrical Service Centers (AESC) quality team. The position reports to the AESC Quality Director and will have dotted line responsibility to the DVDC leadership team. The DVDC supplies aviation electronic new part details to repair stations across the world. The DVDC is a 30 person team that delivers over 500 orders daily. This position is based out of the Honeywell Aerospace Deer Valley Site, Phoenix Arizona and could require up to 10% travel. We are looking for a Quality Analyst to help us achieve our goals. Responsibilities: • Own and document the Quality Management System for the DVDC • Support the DVDC HOS deployment by being a member of the site steering team and deploying Built In Quality • Lead the Corrective Action Board process and manage eCATs performance for the site • Disposition nonconforming hardware • Ensure Regulatory and ISO compliance at the DVDC • Establish an audit program to validates site compliance to regulatory requirements. • Train DVDC personnel on quality requirements such as FAA Drug and Alcohol requirements, Bombardier VIP, ESD, eCATs, SPOC, Boeing DSI and CAMP • Perform, host, and document product and process audits • Query data, compile reports and take appropriate action • Link cross functionally to C&PS, Configuration Management, and Engineering to address Eligibility gaps within our systems to improve adequacy of process and product capabilities (FPAD)Basic Qualifications: • Bachelor's Degree; Advanced Degree preferred. • 3 years experience in working with aviation regulatory requirements, Systems Quality, Supplier Quality, Engineering and/or Operations. • In lieu of degree will consider 5 years of the same experience. • Due to ITAR requirements, must be a U.S. Citizen or Authorized to Work in the US Additional Qualifications: • Lean Expert or Black Belt Certification preferred • Ability to lead and influence others, either as a direct manager or indirectly • Experience working in multicultural environments and with others of diverse backgrounds preferred • SAP experience • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects As an Equal Opportunity Employer, Honeywell is committed to a diverse workforce. |
