Responsibilities:
- Provide global recruitment and sourcing support for positions based in the Middle East (primarily Afghanistan, Kuwait and Iraq)
- Develop effective partnering relationships with managers and HR generalists to understand current and future staffing requirements.
- Identify recruiting challenges and applies creative solutions to resolve staffing concerns.
- Provide staffing leadership/oversight/project management on large contract wins.
- Drive proactive staffing through pipeline developments and other means
Monitor and maintain compliance with applicant tracking and other business requirements
- Utilize multiple staffing models globally to yield most effective results
Drive cost effective and quality results
- Travel to Middle East locations as needed to support the business
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree and 5 years of experience in Human Resources/Staffing.
- In lieu of degree, 13 years of directly related staffing/sourcing experience.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Additional Qualifications:
- Experience sourcing and recruiting candidates in a government-contracting environment Experience sourcing and recruiting candidates for positions based in the Middle East
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
- Experience staffing in a services related business preferred
- Support staffing strategies and manage a high volume of technical job openings.
- Lead managers through the development of staffing forecasts and advance planning to optimize resources against future staffing requirements.
- Ability to draw on established network of qualified candidates.
- Ability to develop and offer creative sourcing solutions to client group(s) based on specific challenges/needs.
- Analytical skills/problem-solving skills.
- Strong PC/software skills, specifically spreadsheet and Internet search capabilities.
- Flexible - able to quickly adapt to changing priorities and/or work environments.
- Strong process orientation.
