Logistics Support Engineer 4 Job Details

Candidates must utilize a Systems Engineering approach to establish F-35 Support Equipment functional and performance requirements and advance through the solution concept development, hardware design, manufacture and test phases.

Applicants will be responsible to ensure that Support Equipment requirements are coordinated with Integrated Product Team members, as well as with subcontractors and using customers. Candidates must be eager to learn, self motivated and possess excellent interpersonal, and communication skills. Applicants must be familiar with Computer Aided Design tools (CATIA preferred) and the Microsoft Office tool suite. Must possess experience in the design of mechanical and electrical military aircraft subsystems and apply this knowledge in the development of support equipment design solutions.

Basic Qualifications: BS degree or equivalent and 10 years related experience. In-depth knowledge of aircraft maintenance and Support Equipment are required.

Preferred Qualifications: Current DoD secret security clearance for special access program.
