As part of the ATT Connect Customer Support Tier 2 team, this position provides advanced technical support for ATT Connect, ECM and other ATT conferencing customers. Responsible for troubleshooting complex technical problems escalated by ATT Integrated Service Desk, directly from customers, and pre-sales teams. Provides technical support during installation and maintenance of company products to ensure that the system is functioning according to specifications. Must have the ability to understand and explain related technical issues and a broad understanding of principles, theories, and concepts in applicable discipline, plus working knowledge of other related fields. Provides answers to customer inquiries concerning system software and applications and provides consultation to prospective users. Understands and can deliver support for systems application/installation. This position is located in Cambridge, Massachusetts only and candidates must be local and/or willing to commute daily. Must be willing to work via remote access for weather emergencies which prevent commuting Required Qualifications:
