Directs the performance of an organization of technical staff providing professional
services to Air Force customers. Position is responsible for meeting revenue, profit and expense targets. Responsible for contract negotiations, procurement of vendor services, service delivery. Position includes business development responsibilities to ensure future growth opportunities. Responsible for the employment, training, motivation and discipline of the team. Manage a P&L organization of technical staff. Retain existing business and grow the base as well as generate new opportunities. Make Bid/No Bid decisions, develop acquisition strategies, manage proposal efforts. Candidate will develop budgets, forecast revenue, develop spend plans, and develop price to win strategies. Required: Bachelor’s degree. Minimum of 12 years program related experience in related areas with at least 8 years program management experience with Air Force programs, contracts and business development. Familiarity with Air Force organizations at Wright Patterson AFB, especially NASIC and AFRL. Excellent inter-personal skills. Ability to work virtually. Demonstrated effective leadership skills. Demonstrated ability to succeed with minimal supervision. TS/SCI Clearance required.
Desired: Experience with Air Force Intelligence or Space activities. Experience with national or other Service intelligence or space activities.
