Contract Manager, Project Manager, Customer Facing position requires a high level of organization and attention to detail to work independently in support of a $90M Mobility program. Position should be very familiar with Mobility systems and architecture. Extensive project management with an emphasis in Information Technology (Mobility Systems and Data elements), and internal and external customer support required to drive and support business development.
Required Skills: •Candidate should have a working knowledge of contracts which can be leveraged in the marketplace to further sales opportunities, and increase customer satisfaction. •Candidate should be experienced with gathering relevant info from cross functional groups. •Candidate should have the ability to identify important projects and programs within the customer agencies and align themselves with the Sales to help drive new opportunities within customer. Project management Candidate should be highly skilled in their ability to indirectly manage, influence, and lead others who may or may not be direct reports Candidate should have extensive and in depth understanding of ATT's reporting, Billing, PO management, and Sales Force Automation Systems. US Citizenship is required per contract guidelines. Required Qualifications: Previous management success in leadership roles for achieving tactical goals is a major requirement Extensive interaction and collaboration with client's financial planning and carrier operations executives, to develop new sales initiatives and product offerings using knowledge of company products, services, and technologies Experience in Mobility IT and Project Management Demonstrated ability to prioritize and lead projects 3-5 years of sales operations, account management, project management, or technical experience Strong analytical skills and effective decision making ability Proficient with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Proven financial management and assessment skills Strong oral and written communications and presentations skills Ability to organize and prioritize, maintain attention to detail, and work under critical timeframes
Desired Qualifications: 5 years wireless (prepaid preferred) or related telecom industry experience Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or a related field or equivalent work experience 3-5 years of sales operations, account management, project management, or technical experience
