Its largest business division, Honeywell Aerospace, is a leading global provider of integrated avionics, engines, systems and service solutions for aircraft manufacturers, airlines, business and general aviation, military, space, and airport operations.


Responsibilities include:


  • Provide support for Vice President of Human Resources at least 50% of the time.

  • Maintain Outlook calendar (accept and schedule all calls).

  • Arrange for all travel, including international.

  • Process travel expenses via on-line system.

  • Create PowerPoint presentations and Excel spreadsheets as needed.

  • Responsible for data management of employee information into the PeopleSoft system.

  • Assist in the hiring and on-boarding process for new employees. Process employee terminations.

  • Answer general questions about benefits, employment, policies and procedures, etc. referring complex issues to appropriate individuals.

  • Manage daily office operations including maintaining personnel files, ordering supplies, maintenance of office machines (fax, copier), sort and distribute mail, greet visitors, process departmental bills.

  • Assist with special projects

  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor

Basic Qualifications:


  • High school diploma or equivalent required,

  • 5 years administrative experience


Additional Qualifications:


  • Secretarial school a plus

  • Knowledgeable and proficient in Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Word

    Excellent communications skills (written and verbal)

  • Comfortable and knowledgeable handling confidential information

  • Excellent interpersonal skills

  • PeopleSoft experience a plus

  • Human Resources background a plus
