We are hiring an Assembler Associate II for our Houston, TX facility.

Job duties:

• Support the Houston Customer Solution Center C300 cabinet testing & software loading.


• Driving the C300 team in exceptional performance in safety, quality, delivery and cost.


• Maintaining high quality workmanship standards and performing these duties within the scheduled time constraints.


• Ensure quality work is being done and act as the focal point for the C300 assembly/test team.


• This position directly supports the C300 Team Leader, Supervisor and Honeywell team members in areas of technical knowledge, material availability and workmanship standards.


• Must be able to work within Honeywell Operating System (HOS) organization design and quality procedures.


• Support a broad application of Lean and Six Sigma tools against a construct of standard work, rapid problem solving, continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.


• Willing to work in large teams or individually as a self-starter.

Basic Qualifications:

• High school or GED.


• 2 years of manufacturing experience.

Additional Qualifications:

• Basic computer skills.


• Ability to read basic schematics.


• Quality assurance experience is a plus.


• Ability to work overtime when needed.
