Position Description:


This position will be required to travel globally based on the mission requirements.



  • Performs basic inspection, repair, and maintenance tasks in accordance with specifications required to prepare military and federal vehicles for issue to units and organizations.

  • Travels to various military and federal installations to perform inspection, repair, and maintenance of vehicles.

  • Prepares report of actions taken on each vehicle using military and federal technical publications and processing checklists.

  • Installs modification work orders to improve or replace parts.

  • Duties include but are not limited to performing basic inspections, repairs, routine maintenance and physical adjustments to vehicles i.e. paint jobs.

  • The tasks are in accordance with specifications required to prepare all DOD vehicles.

  • Must be able to prepare reports of action taken on vehicles using federal technical publications and processing checklists.

  • Installs modification work orders to improve or replace parts.
High School Diploma or equivalent and 8 years of experience.

MRAP University required or 6 months experience working on MRAP FOV systems.


Additional Qualifications:

May require a Secret clearance
