Air, land and sea, our Honeywell logistics team of 3,300 dedicated individuals are defining 21st century Logistics. This position is located at Ft. Polk, LA and is contingent on customer funding. Summary of Job Duties ·Performs logistics functions in the execution of property accountability, customer service, documentation, reconciliation, and records management duties. ·Coordinates, conducts, and provides supervision and support in the conduct of property inventories using automated systems (PBUSE) or manual documentation (DA Form 3161). ·Coordinates the collection and submission of data in support of readiness and other types of reporting requirements. ·Prepares and submits reports as necessary to support the movement, storage, and transportation of equipment using Army automated or manual systems. ·Works under the direct supervision of a Master Supply Technician (MST). ·Validates information contained in each of the available Standard Army Management Information Systems (STAMIS), coordinates supply requirements for all assigned equipment with the Property Book Officer and the appropriate source of repair, if necessary. ·Prepares and collects data, information, and/or reports and submits to the Property Book Officer or designated representative as directed. High school diploma or equivalent. Five to eight years of experience in Army property management and knowledge of Army STAMIS systems , (PBUSE). Possess in-depth knowledge of supply program relationships, concepts, and methodologies in support of the Command Supply Discipline Program mission. Must be a U.S. citizen and be able to pass a National Agency Check with Inquiry (NAC-I) to obtain a Computer Access Card (CAC).
