Job Description:  As part of the Program Planning and Control (PP&C) organization, the candidate will be responsible for the implementation of standard processes, tools and program planning and control practices supporting the IM&A OU. Reporting through the PP&C function and assigned to the Program, the candidate will be responsible for the following responsibilities: Prepares, develops and coordinates the integrated master plan and integrated master schedule to meet all program objectives. Ensures major projects and program schedules and plans are horizontally and vertically integrated across company functional groups including finance, engineering, material, manufacturing, and quality. Tracks plans and schedules, performs risk analysis, identifies and resolves critical path and network logic conflicts. Utilizes Gantt, PERT, milestone charts, earned value management and other project management techniques to gauge progress and identify performance variances to facilitate focus and intervention on critical areas.
Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

Must have at least 2 years experience with MS Project or Primavera and have completed an advanced level MS Project or Primavera course.

Must have experience supporting Federal Government in developing and maintaining resource loaded schedules in MS Project or Primavera.

Must have experience creating, maintaining, and tracking project schedules, including identifying the critical path and resource loading.

Must have direct experience with intelligence community.

Must have active TS/SCI clearance with full scope polygraph.
