BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: - 5 years of experience managing brands domestically and globally. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: - Footwear industry experience - Agency experience; managing brand relationship. - Be able to travel at least 25% - with 20% international. - Increase mind share, market share and value proposition for the brand globally - Owner of brand strategy globally, ensuring brand vision and message is consistent and optimized across regions - Ambassador for the brand in all major customer and user brand evaluations - Key role in developing brand vision, road map and metrics to measure progress - Collaborates with all functional and regional groups on all brand-related issues - Lead architect on all major brand platforms, programs and launches globally - Develops and oversees execution of all single-brand campaigns inclusive of all marketing mix components: advertising, white papers, public relations, merchandising, literature, etc. - Develop web and social media strategy and ensure content and execution is consistent with vision - Support sales and key customers with relevant brand tools and campaign elements - Lead graphic design standards to ensure consistent branding across all elements - Work closely with Product Managers and Regional Managers to develop differentiation strategies consistent with brand vision and customer needs - Develop and manage brand marketing budget to support vision, AOP and STRAP - Key participant in the product process to lead creation of materials for global new product launches As an equal opportunity employer, Honeywell is a diverse workforce employer.
