Job Description: 

THIS IS A PART TIME, TEMPORARY ON CALL POSITION WITH NO BENEFITS ASSOCIATED WITH IT.



Work locations are Columbia and Greenbelt, Maryland



This position is for a Subject Matter Expert in Systems Engineering, Telecommunications and Information Systems for Government projects. Primary focus is on revenue growth through obtaining add on business and identifying and pursuing new opportunities for contract revenue growth. Is the sole position identified as responsible for a specified contract. Serves as the primary high level customer interface to ensure high level problem resolution and customer satisfaction. Ensures contractual and corporate compliance of work performed. Ensures quality of services and products. Establishes operating policies that affect subordinate multi-level organizational units. Integrates overall goals and objectives across multiple functions and subsets of the larger program. Interprets, executes and recommends modifications to organizational policies and corporate initiatives. May assist in recruiting and hiring employees. Performs other duties as assigned.


Basic Qualifications:


Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Administration, Engineering, or related field, and at least 12 years of program related experience with at least 8 years functional or program management experience, or 20 years of related experience of progressively increasing responsibility. Advanced degree preferred. Specific contract requirements regarding education and experience will prevail.


Must be U.S. Citizen
