Where Technology and Teamwork come together... Northrop Grumman Information Systems sector is seeking a Business Analyst to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals in defining the future. This is a full time position and will be located in Atlanta, GA. The qualified candidate will support development teams by gathering and analyzing information from a variety of sources to create system requirements and specifications in an agile development environment. Roles and Responsibilities • Serve as the liaison between the business units, technology teams and support teams. • Elicit requirements from subject matter experts using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios and workflow analysis. • Analyze information needs and functional requirements and deliver the following artifacts as needed: Software Requirements Specification, Business Process Models, Data Flow Diagrams, System Process Models, and Traceability Matrix. • Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs. • Verify and track satisfaction of requirements in delivered solution through acceptance testing. Qualifications: Basic Qualifications: Bachelors Degree and 6 years of experience or equivalent or a Masters Degree and 4 years of experience
