Manager Programs 2 - NATO AGS Fixed Ground Segment IPT Lead Job Details

Manages all phases of the Fixed Ground Segment IPT through completion. Responsible for the management of Supplier cost, schedule and technical performance for the IPT products reporting to the Ground Segment Integration IPT Lead. Participates in the negotiation of contract changes. Integrates the supplier into program organization as appropriate. Ensures all applicable requirements are flowed to the supplier. Ensures continual assessment of the quality system and work products of the supplier to meet cost, schedule, technical and quality requirements. Manages supply chain relationship to maintain alignment of the supplier with NATO AGS IPT interests. Ensures that any changes to the program requirements on the subcontract are managed through an integrated change control process. Directs the work of employees assigned to the IPT from technical, manufacturing and administrative areas.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelors degree (or equivalent related experience) in Engineering or related discipline plus 10 years of relevant experience; Masters and 8 years experience. Requires supplier management experience and moderate travel. Secret clearance required.

Preferred Qualifications:

Proven history of managing European suppliers. Italian language skills are a plus.
