Responsible to the NATO AGS Unique Payload IPT Lead for the cost, schedule and technical performance of Air Vehicle Payload IPT activities and on time delivery of Kits. Participates in the negotiation of contract and contract changes. Responsible for the preparation of specifications, ICDs, operating budgets and financial terms/conditions of contract. Establishes design concepts, criteria and engineering efforts for product research, development, integration and test. Establishes milestones and monitors adherence to master plans and schedules, identifies program problems and obtains solutions, such as allocation of resources or changing contractual specifications. Directs the work of employees assigned to the program from technical, manufacturing and administrative areas. Qualifications: Basic Qualifications: Bachelors degree (or equivalent related experience) in Engineering or related discipline plus 10 years of relevant Aircraft Avionics Systems modification design/integration experience; Masters and 8 years experience. Requires experience project management and reporting; and systems integration. Secret clearance required.
