| Job Description: |
Provide sector direction and management for command media for Aerospace Systems. Ensure common processes, strategies, programs, and sharing of best practices across the sector. Represent Aerospace Systems on the Northrop Grumman Command Media Committee and participate in Corporate Command Media company element teams. Instruct and supervise department employees. Manage personnel and operations required for the timely publication of command media documents and forms; general and targeted communication of new, revised and canceled forms and documents; and ensuring appropriate approvals and compliance to Corporate, contractual, regulatory and quality standards. Implement corrective actions in response to any deficiencies. Implement measurement systems, surveys and department audits to ensure employee and customer satisfaction with services. Coordinate with internal organizations as required to ensure the successful completion of assigned responsibilities. Qualifications: Basic Qualifications: Bachelors degree or equivalent. Minimum of 10 years experience in a related area.
