AT&T is seeking a Director of Product Marketing Management, Advanced Mobility Solutions, to lead strategy and implementation of business mobility products and services, developer tools, APIs and enablers. Responsibilities will include the definition, prioritization, documentation and communication of product strategies and roadmaps, features, requirements, business cases, marketing and pricing plans, and post-launch in-market results for innovative, developer-focused products and services. This is a dynamic opportunity for someone who has led product management teams, managed a product line and developed marketing strategies. This position requires strategic planning, product design, product management, and marketing program development skills. Business acumen, technical aptitude, attention to detail, ability to partner effectively, and a passion to win are key for this role. This role has high visibility among company leadership and partner community. The ability to see the “big picture”, while managing multiple projects under tight timelines, is critical. You will be able to utilize the leadership and motivational skills you’ve honed over the years to evangelize the importance of your objectives, and keep team members and partners excited and on track. Areas of concentration may include: · Thought leadership and evangelism, promoting advanced solutions for enterprise developers, system integrators, ISVs and internet-centric companies · Prioritization and development of business-focused APIs and Development Tools · Prioritization and execution of integrated mobility and as-a-service APIs and Development Tools · Product management of new API and SDK initiatives · Identity and access management · Device management, encryption, secure document delivery · Location-Based Services and Mobile Messaging · Mobile and machine-to-machine application development Required Skills: · 10 years of project management and product development experience · Proven experience of successful interactions with C-Level professionals · Proven Experience leading regular strategy and realization reviews and strategy projects; preparing product briefings, roadmaps, scope descriptions, and launch documents · Strong organizational and cross-functional coordination skills required · Significant experience in problem solving and delivery of creative solutions-based orientation while keeping focus on the customer required · Must be highly organized and process oriented · Experience Directing and overseeing market development for new and existing products with successful track record · Experience managing multiple projects at the same time and delivering on time · Experience managing projects with external vendors/partners highly desired · Strong written, verbal and oral presentation skills required. · MBA preferred. Required Qualifications: EXPERIENCE The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of the wireless industry and current trends in UI/UE within device vendors and wireless carriers. He/she will have a strong sense and intuition for usability and design, with the ability to balance creativity and practicality. This individual will be a proven performer with measurable successes leading to positive bottom-line results.
