This position is responsible for project managing the onboarding of customers and communicating to helpdesk team, project manage new tool introduction and training, creation and communication of service desk and customer metric reports, new hire training coordination and support. Requires understanding of processes and services supported to be able to successfully manage and support these functions.
Responsible for coordinating activities of project team, identifying appropriate resources needed, and developing schedules to ensure timely completion of project. Must be familiar with system scope and project objectives, as well as the role and function of each team member, in order to effectively coordinate the activities of the team. |
