| Job Description: | Maintains cell / switch / microwave system equipment at optimum performance to ensure quality customer service minimize outages. Usually works with direction of higher level technicians to meet or exceed company standards. Assists in investigating customer trouble reports. Assists market field engineers. Participates in classroom On-the Job-Training. Uses test equipment to analyze problems. Communicates with other department managers to resolve customer problems. Maintains a current standard of knowledge in related job disciplines. Assists in developing the routine maintenance schedule. Complies with schedule. Complies with state & federal regulations & company policies. Assists in preparing reports as required; position is defined as entry level. |
