AT&T Hosting & Application Services is currently seeking a talented, highly professional individual to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should possess 5 years experience deploying and troubleshooting complex hosted SharePoint and Windows solutions in a high profile multi-client environment. As a SharePoint Administrator / Systems Engineer, this individual acts as a member of multiple project teams focused on delivering and migrating complex systems into AT&T's world class hosted infrastructure for our Fortune 500 customers. The successful engineer will play an integral role in designing and delivering enterprise SharePoint solutions for our customers. This individual will also contribute in the research and development of our service offerings surrounding SharePoint 2010 as well as evaluating complementary products such as migration and administrative tools. Responsible for translating business needs into technical solutions, and defining solutions to problems through reasoned application of information technology. Designs, develops, documents and analyzes overall architecture of systems, including hardware and software. Determines integrated hardware and software architecture solutions that meet performance, usability, scalability, reliability, and security needs. Coordinates design and integration of total system including subsystems. Researches and recommends technology to improve the current systems. Nature of Contribution- Seasoned technical professional who contributes through proven technical expertise. Has significant impact on department or function. Knowledge � Subject matter expert within own discipline/specialty area and basic knowledge of other disciplines / specialty areas. Deep technical knowledge. Applies in-depth knowledge of discipline/specialty area standards and processes to work. Integrates industry experience and deep professional/ technical knowledge. This position may be responsible for contributing to AT&T�s compliance with environmental laws and regulations as applicable to its job function. This may include, but is not limited to, work related to fuel tanks, emergency and stand-by generators, boilers, hazardous waste, hazardous materials, batteries, manholes and vaults, water wells, linear and other construction projects, water discharge, or air emissions. The preferred locations for this position are: Atlanta, GA; Annapolis, MD; Columbus, OH; Dallas, TX; or Raleigh, NC.
