Key Roles and Responsibilities: · Collaborate with marketing and operations partners to determine advertising and collateral needs · Develop marketing/advertising brief for advertising agencies to communicate marketing need and goals · Act as main point of contact for advertising agency. Review creative and provide all necessary approvals (legal, brand, etc) · Manage development of local events and promotions to generate demand for a phased product roll-out · Manage creative development for retail merchandising solutions · Develop internal communication plan to engage employees to purchase and refer friends/family · Evaluate results of campaigns, and make recommendations to optimize plan to drive results. . · Supervisory: No Skills required: · Must have experience launching a new product or service · Digital and Social Media Expertise required – 5 years preferred · Must be able to apply advanced principles, theories and concepts to execute and analyze advertising campaigns. · This position is considered an expert within the marketing communications discipline and an acknowledged authority within the organization. · Education: Bachelors degree required, MBA preferred · Experience: 5 years of experience working in a related field AT&T is an Affirmative Action/Equal Opportunity Employer, and we are committed to hiring a diverse and talented workforce.
