The selected candidate will be responsible for the design, development, testing, problem determination and maintenance of TinyTim interfaces. Most time will be spent within the compliance area of automation by migrating and modifying existing interfaces to the compliance project. Desired candidate will also be responsible for managing projects with a mid-to-high level of complexity. Candidate must communicate effectively with clients to define requirements for future projects. Responsible for researching problems, devising solutions and working with senior team members to develop plans that ensure the improvement and stability of the existing system. May provide support to non-management employees, including coaching, on-the-job training, reference materials, procedures and system documentation. Development – provide technical expertise in devising, designing, and developing solutions including but not limited to use-efficiency, high-availability, portability and well-formed code. Code management – develop and follow proper process to manage code branches within the repository, ensuring obsolete code are not promoted to production in error. Code deployment – participate/facilitate code reviews and walk through, both as a reviewer and a developer being reviewed. Work with testing team on effective quality control, code evaluation criteria and testing environment support. Issue resolution – These issues vary in scope and complexity and may include significant code revisions, out of cycle enhancement requests or requirements-gap resolution. Much of this work requires direct interaction with end users and peers to ensure a correct solution.
