General Job Responsibilities:

• Facilitate resolution of product shortage issues and communicate outcomes with sales operations and integrated supply chain


• Arrange expedited shipment of parts to support exceptional demand


• Maintain product lists for all assigned products and ensure material master accuracy


• Planning and scheduling of orders required by end customers in the region


• Participate in the investigation and resolution of transaction errors through e.g. Cycle count, Inventory balances and WIP transactions


• Actively manage relationships with our 3rd party distribution center and monitor on time delivery performance


• Monitors supply and demand imbalances and communicate/escalate issues

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree


• Minimum 2 years directly related experience in supply chain with materials planning


• US Citizenship due to import export restrictions

Additional Qualifications:

• Manufacturing/distribution planning experience is a plus


• Excellent interpersonal skills with strong verbal & written communication skills


• High level of collaboration with internal customers


• Strong organizational skills in order to efficiently multi-task, prioritize, and delegate


• Proficient in Microsoft applications


• Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing experience desired


• Experience with SAP ERP systems is preferred
