Coordinate and expedite flow of tools / gauges to meet production tooling procedural requirements and routine calibration schedules. Position includes, but is not limited to ensuring tools / gauges are properly checked, maintained and calibrated. Task encompasses management of large number of items (hundreds) managed in site MetTrak system that require routine calibration. Compiles and maintains manual or computerized records, such as inventory, in-process production reports, and status and location of assets. Position also includes, but is not limited to, functional support in the role of Property Coordinator – physically review and audit property to ensure compliance; ensure movement compliance; coordinate physical inventory of Government / Customer / Honeywell owned assets; perform disposition functions and review and sign Excess Property Reports; support internal and external audits. Performs all other duties as assigned. High school diploma or equivalent plus one year of related experience.
