An excellent career opportunity is currently available for a Business Director in the Resins and Chemicals group. Reporting to the VP/GM the R&C Business Director will lead the commercialization effort for Sulf-N® 26. Sulf-N® 26 is a fused Ammonium Nitrate Sulfate fertilizer with distinct physical and chemical properties as well as great agronomic characteristics and is impractical to use as an explosive Honeywell Performance Materials and Technology is a global leader in providing customers with high-performance specialty materials, including fluorine products; specialty films and additives; advanced fibers and composites; intermediates; specialty chemicals; electronic materials and chemicals; and technologies and materials for petroleum refining. · SulfN26 Commercialization · Build pipeline · Drive understanding and management of value proposition to customer groups · Develop product and project pricing options for Sulf-N26 technology and product for each market · Identify potential prospects and develop relationships with top management · Conduct analysis to qualify prospects and identify primary target opportunities · Develop presentations and conduct meetings to pitch projects with pipeline candidates · Build alliances with technology and go-to-market partners globally · Build Market Launch Plan · Develop marketing plan for launching Sulf-N · 6 in · Development of Sulf-N® 26 marketing collateral materials (brochure, video, button, etc.) · Work with Communication and external advertising agencies to develop campaigns for online and print · Be the public voice of Sulf-N26 for media outlets including radio, television and print · Attend conferences and workshops to create awareness for Sulf-N26 among industry players · Work with Government Relations on AN regulations · Work on development of project delivery capabilities by building alliances with engineering houses
Basic Qualifications: · MBA, a plus · 5-7 years direct sales and/or marketing experience, preferably in chemical or related area · Experience in building services/construction/refrigeration/aerosols/solvents industry or in selling to OEMs in the building equipment/auto industries/refrigeration sectors a plus · Excellent oral and written communication skills including formal presentation skills · Demonstrated ability in problem solving, understanding customer needs, segmentation, value pricing · Experience managing large territories, key account plans, marketing activities and technical product offerings · Self-starter and highly motivated · Very good at interpersonal skills and developing relationships · Fluency in English.
