Northrop Grumman Technical Services is looking for a team lead for the TADSS team at Camp Dodge, IA. Responsible for providing team leadership to a customer-focused team or group of teams committed to increased quality and productivity. IAW organization goals, provides direction on activities and behaviors. Motivates team members and facilitates team meetings. Cultivates and reinforces appropriate group values, norms, and behaviors. Identifies and analyzes problems, plans, tasks, and solutions. Provides guidance to team on development, performance, and productivity issues. Monitors team budget and ensures proper use of assets. Represents the team, presenting team suggestions and recommendations on processes and procedures in accordance with organization cost, quality, and productivity goals. Must have specialized expertise in planning and executing some or all phases of military training exercises, including setting objectives, scenario development, and after action review and analysis.
Qualifications: Basic Qualifications: A graduate of the Sergeants Major Academy. SME in National Guard operations, minimum 20 years of military experience with the National Guard. Knowledgeable of or familiar with the following TADSS: Engagement Skills Trainer (EST), Individual Gunnery Trainer (IGT), Precision Gunnery System (PGS), Laser-shot, Laser Marksmanship Training System (LMTS), Advanced Gunnery Training System (AGTS), Firearms Training Systems (FATS), EST 2000, Tank Weapons Gunnery System (TWGS), Call For Fire Trainer (CFFT), Call For Fire Trainer 2 (CFFT2), Conduct of Fire Trainer (COFT), HMMWV Egress Trainer (HEAT), Virtual Convoy Operations Trainer (VCOT), Common Drivers Trainer (CDT), Operator Driver Simulator (ODS), Improvised Explosive Device Effects Simulator (IEDES), MILES; Able to lead a team and manage calendars and metrics for training; Able to utilize TS-MATS for utilization tracking of TADSS. Able to travel up to 50 percent of the time; Must hold a secret clearance. Preferred Qualifications: ABCS/MCS system knowledge, BSNCOC graduate, and certified instructor.
