Job Description:  As part of the Cybersecurity and Enterprise Solutions Operating Unit within the Defense Technologies Division, Defense Enterprise Solutions Business Unit, this position will be supporting a large Department of Defense program. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing all enterprise service restoration efforts, to include interfacing with the monitoring teams and driving incidents to resolution. This position is empowered to task enterprise capabilities related to service delivery and service restoration when critical services are impacted and speed of restoration is a priority. Ensures operating groups adhere to current policies and procedures and provides direction in the resolution of complex service disruptions. The candidate will also: · Ensures cohesive, consistent incident response using standard process, capitalizing on the strengths of internal incident responders, the support of other departments and engagement of vendors to ensure timely resolution of incidents. · Responsible for handling all Event records and Event Console as well as governing the outage ticket. · Creates After Action Report and conducts critical situation briefing as required. · Manages technical bridge calls. · Coordinates enterprise/regional incident response/management activities, ensures escalation procedures to senior leadership are executed according to established policy. · Maintains interaction with Service Desk, Command Center, Field Services and vendors to ensure the quickest possible resolution. · Ensures consistency of operations across team (ticket updates, Outage Template completion, processes, etc.).
Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:


Bachelor’s Degree with 5 years of experience in information technology, information assurance or security or related field. May substitute 4 additional years of experience in lieu of degree. Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance CESevent2012
