The Director of HR&A Strategy will be responsible for the following activities: HR&A strategic planning with a focus on both short and long-term HR&A initiatives; Promote and support solutions to address the business needs sector-wide; Strategic human capital planning; Engagement strategic alignment/ communications/program management with an emphasis on metrics improvement; preparation of and performance status of the Annual Operating Plan (AOP); development and management of the Long Range Strategic Plan (LRSP); Management of the Sector Operating Factors ; Lead and coordinate the Non-Financial Dashboard metrics; and, optimization of HR&A organizational effectiveness through alignment of functions and services to meet customer requirements. Qualifications: Basic Qualifications: Bachelors degree or equivalent. Position requires a minimum of 20 years of experience in strategic planning and activities focused on a performance-driven culture. Preferred Qualifications: Masters Degree Preferred; Strong analytical skills and experience in presenting to senior leadership. Proven track record of building, leading and developing teams focused on organizational effectiveness.
