Oversee and manage a team of subcontract administrators in the development, negotiation, execution and proposal process for complex major subcontracts and other supplier agreements in support of program business requirements. Ensure subcontract procedural requirements and business objectives are met in the issuance of subcontracts and throughout the subcontract life cycle. Interface and collaborate with program business areas and other functional disciplines to manage subcontract requirements and associated risks at all phases. Responsible for personnel development, to include support and creation of training requirements for subcontract administration, stretch assignments and identification and oversight of personnel skill development. Qualifications: Basic Qualifications:
5 years of overall Business Mgmt experience, past leadership or supervisory experience is a plus. General 4 year business degree required.
