The International Procurement organization supporting programs in the Aerospace Systems Sector is seeking a seasoned Procurement Analyst to manage a portfolio of complex transactions. The successful candidate will review specifications, work statements, terms and conditions for the procurement of composite panels, metallic detail parts, subassemblies or support equipment. Will also prepare bid packages, conduct bidders' conferences, analyze and evaluate proposals, and select or recommend the winning supplier. Responsibilities also include negotiation, contract award and management of the resulting contracts. Qualifications: Basic Qualifications: BS/BA degree or equivalent and at least 10 years experience working with FAR and ITAR/EAR on a DoD program. This is a dynamic work environment where teamwork, initiative and the ability to multitask are required. |
