Northrop Grumman Information Systems sector is seeking a Product Trainer 2 to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. This position will be located in Fairmont, WV. There are no provisions for relocation. All candidates should be local to the Fairmont, WV area or be willing to relocate at his/her own expense. The qualified applicant will become part of Northrop Grumman's DoD ABIS Contract working with a team of biometric experts to support one of DoD's leading biometric programs. Roles and Responsibilities: • Support efforts to assess biometric training needs for all relevant stakeholders from warfighter to senior leadership. • Develop training materials to improve biometric collection and processing procedures • Coordinate efforts with existing DoD training programs. • Lead direct training and train-the-trainer efforts. • Support efforts to optimize training delivery mechanisms, including classroom, distance learning including web and computer-based training, and on-the-job training. Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications: To be considered for this position, you must minimally meet the knowledge, skills, and abilities listed below: · Associates Degree with 5 years experience OR Bachelor’s Degree with 3 years OR Master’s Degree with 1 year experience working with training · Experience or coursework in Information Technology and/or Information Systems • Excellent writing skills • Highly proficient in MS Office Professional (Outlook, Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint) • Experience working with MS Visio and Project • Experience with developing web-based or computer-based training • Experience working within deadlines and under pressure • This position requires candidates to be US Citizens who are eligible to obtain an Interim Secret DoD security clearance (pass an extensive background investigation) prior to being hired. Preferred Qualifications: Candidates with these desired skills will be given preferential consideration: • Experience with military, government or corporate training • Ability to communicate effectively with management and teammates • Experience with biometrics systems • Experience or coursework in Information Technology or Information Systems • Experience or coursework in Software Development or Engineering • Experience in developing and supporting storyboards, outlines and Learning objectives • Knowledge with TRADOC is a plus but not required • Position prefers a candidate with a current Secret Clearance Northrop Grumman Corporation is a leading global security company whose 75,000 employees provide innovative systems, products, and solutions in aerospace, electronics, information systems and technical services to government and commercial customers worldwide.
