DUTIES: Resolve support tickets related to implementation, month-end and year-end closure in Oracle applications; troubleshoot, consult and support business requirement issues for Oracle ERP and SAP modules for financial applications; contain escalations for critical customer issues and strategically align with customer technology; deliver business value to clients with multiple product lines; negotiate project terms and define content, organization and project deliverable flow; deliver and develop client-facing presentations and lead client renewals. REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s or foreign equivalent in Computer Information Systems, Computer Science or Computer Engineering, or will accept a Bachelor’s equivalent based on a combination of education, training and/or experience as determined by a qualified evaluation service. Also requires three years experience troubleshooting, consulting and supporting business requirement issues for Oracle ERP and SAP modules for financial applications.
