AT&T Lead IT Client Consultant- EM - PeopleSoft- Portland, OR Job Details

• Managing projects and provides consultative advice by interpreting Client's requirements and directing AT&T Support teams for those projects.
  
• Maintaining a 360 degree view of all Client cases and routing these work to the proper groups while acting as a central contact and point of escalation for Client.
  
• Coordinating the transition of enhancements from the Professional Services team to the support teams. The EM is tasked with coordinating the pre/post implementation strategies and documentation on enhancements to ensure seamless transition between the internal AT&T teams.
  
• Managing the analysis of large patches and enhancements that could potentially impact multiple modules within the Client environment. The EM will coordinate with all of the internal AT&T teams to ensure that each group is involved and providing input in their respective areas.
  
• Conducting Client product roadmapping sessions and strategic planning

• Minimum 5 years Project management/Account Management experience is required
  
• Experience in account management in an IT or consulting environment
  
• Minimum 3-5 years experience working with PeopleSoft application and working understanding of PeopleSoft functionality
  
• Expertise in managing PeopleSoft applications or related projects is required.
  
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills required

Desired Qualifications:

• Intermediate knowledge of PeopleSoft systems and architecture
  
• Project Management experience in an IT Software delivery environment
  
• Hyperion application experience a plus.
  
• Project Management/PMP Certification a plus
