We have an immediate opening for a Production Supervisor at our Tonawanda, New York plant!! · BS Degree · Have good interpersonal and communication skills and relate well with others (both shop floor and Sr. Management). · Able to handle disagreements among team members in a fair and efficient manner. · Will need to effectively handle changes and be adaptable to new requirements and technology. · Experience in Lean Manufacturing and/or Six Sigma principles
