We are hiring an Assembler Associate for our Northford, CT facility.



Job duties:




  • Perform duties to insure the safe, efficient and defect free manufacture of printed circuit boards. Perform continuous operation, maintenance of assigned machines/equipment per work instructions and as directed by management.

  • Identify appropriate thru-hole components and verify proper placement/insertion.

  • Inspect work to insure accurate, defect free component placement.

  • Meet ISO standards and work within all SOPs and WIs and contribute to continuous improvement.

  • Perform set up and first piece inspection, make any necessary adjustments.

  • Set up, operate and perform preventative maintenance on equipment as required to achieve maximum utilization and maximum run time.

  • Report any work defects or problems to supervisor and assist in corrective action.

  • Record and maintain rate sheets as required.

  • Meet all safety, quality and production standards.

  • Train other personnel.

  • Perform other duties as directed by management.

Basic Qualification:




  • High school diploma or GED, or in lieu of, 1 year of manufacturing experience.


Additional Qualifications:




  • Ability to work overtime as needed.

  • Attention to detail is a plus.

  • Ability to read and write English.
