We are looking for a hands-on Project Manager to join a dynamic team of individuals located in Franklin, PA. The successful candidate must be flexible enough to adapt to vastly different product lines, manufacturing processes and sites located around the world, and be capable of managing global multi-site project teams. The R&D Project Manager acts to lead cross functional product development projects within the organization. He or she must have the ability to understand the inner workings and needs of these functions, relate them to a new product launch, follow the New Product Introduction (NPI) Process, and ensure all the necessary aspects of the launch are planned out and executed efficiently. A very methodical and hands-on approach to managing projects is critical for success. The successful candidate will work in a global environment and must be able to think globally, allowing for cultural, geographical and even time zone differences ensuring projects proceed as planned, on schedule and within budget targets.
