Honeywell is seeking a Channel Marketing Manager to add to their growing team!



Responsible for the development and execution of marketing strategies, tools and programs including: internal and external customer communications, contractor and distributor program support, training, market research, customer segmentation/lead management, sales literature, web sites, trade shows, sales programs .
• Role has specific focus around value proposition development for all channel partners and influencers
• Working with cross-functional teams throughout the organization
• Recognize trends and big picture issues and promptly develop business strategy and tactics
• Develop tight working relationships with all channel partners
• Understands channels and executes plans for delivering business results
• Drives direction for target segments and customers
• Brand management
• Vision and out of the box thinking



Basic Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree

  • 5-8 years Marketing experience, including channel, sales or product management



Preferred Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering preferred

  • Good PC skills including: Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite

  • Proven ability to achieve results with superior verbal and written communication skills

  • Experience in migrating organization from product to system focus and from channel to customer focus

  • Proven communication skills, both oral and written

  • High energy level

  • Self starter and self finisher
