Put your years of Contracts experience into a future of excellence and make a difference supporting the Integrated Intelligence Systems Business Unit. The qualified applicant will become part of Northrop Grumman's Geo-Enterprise Systems and Mission Services and Solutions Business Units supporting a diverse and active portfolio of contracts. Successful candidate will be viewed as an expert in the field responsible for conducting proposal preparation, contract negotiation, contract administration, and customer contact activities to provide for proper contract acquisition and fulfillment in accordance with company policies, legal requirements, and customer specifications. Examines estimates of material, equipment services, production costs, performance requirements, and delivery schedules to ensure accuracy and completeness. Prepares bids; processes specifications, progress, and other reports; advises management of contractual rights and obligations; compiles and analyzes data; and maintains historical information. • Develop advanced concepts, techniques, and standards based on professional principles and theories. • Demonstrates a high degree of ingenuity, creativity, skill and ability to analyze and develop innovative solutions to complex problems. • Able to communicate effectively at the highest levels.• Serves as prime consultant and external spokesperson for the organization on highly significant matters relating to policies, programs, capabilities, and long-range goals and objectives.
Qualifications: Basic Qualifications: 15 years of a combined experience in contracts, subcontracts, procurement or business management with Bachelors; 13 Years of a combined contracts, subcontracts, procurement or business management with Masters; will consider an add'l 4 years of experience in lieu of a bachelors degree Preferred Qualifications: TS/SCI Clearance or ability to obtain a TS/SCI Clearance Northrop Grumman Corporation is a leading global security company whose 75,000 employees provide innovative systems, products, and solutions in aerospace, electronics, information systems and technical services to government and commercial customers worldwide.
