The Sr. Project/Program IT Manager will be a demand and supply planning super user responsible for all IT portfolio and enhancement projects impacting the Consumer Supply Chain Planning business unit from Requirements, Development, User Acceptance Testing to Training and Maintenance. Position is an Individual Contributor role but may require oversight of professional services consultants to achieve program objectives. Role will interact with all Supply Chain management leads to develop future strategy to enable our planning systems. Required & Desired Majors/Accreditations/Skills 1. The Demand and Fulfillment Super User is a Senior Business Solution Architect position. This key role supports and enhances the Demand & Fulfillment process; • Through advanced parameter management in JDA Demand and JDA Fulfillment, • through advanced demand forecasting support in JDA Demand, • as a technical liaise for both tools with the IT Organization, • by owning and delivering Analyst Training for all required processes and systems 2. Project Management Skills: the candidate will be accountable for ensuring IT's overall performance for the business is within expectations, and that IT delivers through the life cycle/phases per plan. · This role is responsible for creation & collaboration of IT roadmap & strategy and will ensure cross-functional teams understand & are aligned to plans and portfolio. · The position is also responsible for idea management and will evaluate enhancements, propose cost effective solutions, and provide estimates. · The role creates IT strategy to include solution design, portfolio management, and strategic/tactical plans · Experience in drafting SOW and procuring Professional services individuals to support IT Projects. · Application / Process Experience (Oracle, WMS) 3. 2 to 4 years of work experience in Demand and Fulfillment Analyst role, planning or allocation preferred 4. Experience with advance forecasting and inventory replenishment toolsets Preferred Qualifications: · Undergraduate degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, Supply Chain or Business · Advanced degree in Business, Systems or Industrial Engineering · 5 plus years project management experience with ERP package implementations · 2 plus years lifecycle system implementation experience (project planning, project coordination, requirements analysis, functional requirements, implementation planning, issue management, project tracking) · 2 plus years Oracle inventory management and/or inventory planning system implementation experience
