JOB DESCRIPTION
As an Application Sales Executive 3 (ISPM) Industry Solutions Practice Manager, you will identify solutions to help the world leading Entertainment and Media Corporations drive value-creation for their employees, customers, partners, Executive Management and Shareholders. You will work in alignment with the Global Account Teams to serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on the Entertainment and Media Industry where you will implement solution-based sales strategies that uncover new business opportunities and accelerate application growth for AT&T.
- To sell application solutions and related services within the Entertainment and Media Vertical.
- Ability to comfortably interact with CEO, CFO, CIO, and Senior Executive Management teams as well as mid-level managers.
- Ability to articulate a highly polished value proposition , strategic vision and most importantly the ability to help clients execute that vision.
- To proactively identify, close and deliver wireless data and application solutions with particular emphasis in the customer's lines of business working with sales teams and account managers.
- National responsibility to drive application solutions and data products to assigned targets/quotas.
- Apply line of business sales framework within the context of the Entertainment and Media Vertical and ensure this framework is not only executed by the front line Account Execute but also help with Industry Knowledge Transfer across AT&T.
- Identify the "as-is" process and where AT&T solutions may or may NOT drive Value-Creation for our Clients.
- Proactively utilize in depth technical and sales expertise while leveraging the value proposition, case studies, work flow and ROI tools to drive application sales and mobilizing customers business processes.
- In collaboration with assigned Sales Teams (Director, Sales Manager, Mobile Application Consultant and Account Managers) develop plans to optimize solution sales in territory by proactively prioritizing targeted accounts and or solutions.
- Position self as the mobility applications Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the Entertainment and Media Industry.
- Provides responsive, timely and thorough responses to customers and sales people supported.
- Drive knowledge transfer to the sellers and customers on new solutions as needed.
- Build alliances, both internal and external with the application partner ecosystem and execute programs across functional organizations to successfully implement application solutions.
- Serve as a recognized leader within the Entertainment and Media Vertical for forward thinking thought process, trusted advisor status and overall respected by your peers as someone who has great industry expertise, who is business savvy and the "go to leader" for application solutions.
- Develop, document and share best practices for selling application solutions within the Entertainment and Media Vertical.
- Stay current and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of complex data products and AT&T Applications solutions and pricing.
- Demonstrate an understanding of key business and profit drivers for customers and identify solutions which complement their business objectives and mobilize their business.
- Utilize sales automation tools as appropriate.
- Provide timely and accurate account status reports, forecasts, opportunity funnel and business plans to sales leadership and operational teams as required
