Senior Project Manager Job Details

Provides critical leadership to private venue in-building service enhancement projects within the Antenna Solutions

Group. Working with key stakeholders, direct and manage projects using standard project management practices to

ensure timely and cost effective solutions to business needs. Utilize all phases of the Project Management Body of

Knowledge ("PMBOK") and be responsible for project plan development, scope of work development, communications

plans, risk assessment and mitigation planning, budget development and control, issue management, contract

management and project closeout. Communicate openly and execute programs by building alignment across functional

organizations to successfully implement in-building service enhancement projects. Participate in development of success

criteria for Enterprise level customers, manage project quality control, and assess success criteria achievement. Manage

project activities from the planning stage to full deployment. Coordinate efforts of all groups during project

implementation. Schedule development, monitoring and change control. Track, support and report on completion of

major milestones or tasks. Resolve conflicts and issues as they may arise. Formulate and execute implementation plans

to achieve desired customer results. Perform the primary role of single point of contact to the customer for the project

team throughout the project.

Advanced knowledge of MS Project, Excel, Powerpoint and Visio is required. Successful candidate will have a college degree, be PMP certified and will have worked in Project Management for a minimum of five (5) years.
